Our fully qualified chef, trained at Westminster, London & the 5-star Connaught Hotel - Mayfair, London, was Head Chef at the Postkutsche Hotel - Austria, before catering ski chalets in Sierra Nevada - Spain, British Columbia - Canada and now Piemonte - Italian Alps.
